net passport nag

How can I shut off the passport nag. Since I installes sp2 I am reminded 3
or 4 times an hour.

When you install Windows XP a balloon reminder is shown to prompt you to enter a
Microsoft .NET Passport. This reminder can be disabled if you are not using
Passport or MSN Messenger.

It did not work. I rebooted the system and that did not help.
