Net 'not' worked!

Don't the NICs work with dynamic IP? ICS will set up a DHCP server for you.

Internet Connection Sharing works with either a static or dynamic IP
address on the host's Internet connection.

Don't assign static IP addresses to either computer's local area
network connection. When you enable Internet Connection Sharing on
the host's Internet connection, it automatically sets the host's local
area network connection to 192.168.0.1 and enables a DHCP server to
assign an address to the client's local area network connection. If
you change the host's local area network IP address, ICS might not
work properly.

If your DSL connection uses PPPoE, enable ICS on the host's PPPoE
connection, not on its Ethernet connection.
