Thanks for your response, but when downloading, or running the program it
asks where it should be set up at.

Hi Jem,
If you mean where to download it you can select the desktop to download the
folder.
Then after downloading you can double click the folder to execute the
setup.exe and the Net.Framework will install in the default path or if been
asked select this path:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705 for example it will be like
this.
Hope this what you are after.
