.Net Framework problem

I recently downloaded and installed Microsoft.Net
Framwork. Now, when the screen saver is activated and I
want to get back to Windows, I get the Welcome Screen and
I have to enter my password before I can proceed. Why
does this happen and how can I just go back to work
without entering my password?

Right click on the desktop and select properties.
Click the Screensaver tab
Uncheck - "on rsume display Welcome screen"
