If the user is not using Net Folders then the easiest thing to do would be
to disable Net Folders to ensure that this does not happen anymore. To
disable Net Folders in Outlook 2000:
1. Open Outlook.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click Other.
3. Click Advanced Options, and then click Add-in Manager.
4. Clear the Net Folders check box.
5. Click OK twice.
6. Quit and start Outlook again.
