Net Folders in Outlook 2002?

Looking to share some Outlook folders between a mix of clients using MS Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002. Works great between Outlook 2000 clients however Outlook 2002 clients don't see the "Accept" button in the initial invite e-mail. Also, can't seem to locate Net Folders add-in, or / File / Share / menu. Has Net Folders function been removed in Outlook 2002? If yes, what are my options if I don't have MS Exchange Server

Net Folders was removed from Outlook 2002. See
