net.exe options

Hi, guys!

I'm trying to disable my net.exe on my computers. i tried renaming the
net.exe on the system32 folder, but windows 2000 still creates another copy
on the same folder. My network run on a domain, please help.

net.exe is a system file. It is not a good idea to rename
system file - you are likely to create all sorts of problems.
I am sure that there are better ways to resolve your
problem, whatever it may be.
