Since installing Windows XP Service Pack 1, whenever I
shut down my machine I get an error message regarding
net.exe saying that "The application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000142)". It goes ahead and shuts down
without my having to click OK, but I'm wondering just why
it does that. Anyone encountered this problem?
