.NET CF2.0's cab can't run on wince4.2 device

hi all
..NET Compact Framework 2.0 beta2's cab can't run on my wince 4.2 device. How
can i do?
 
..NETCF v2.0 is only supported on Pocket PCs based on CE 4.2, not generic
CE4.2 devices. You'll have to stick with .NETCF v1.0 or move to a CE 5.0
platform.
