I have two sheets in a workbook (Sht1 & Sht2). I have a list of names
in column A of Sht1. I want Column A in Sht2 to mirror Column A in
Sht1. I entered "='Sht1'!A2" in Sht2 cell A2 and this works, but if the
cell in Sht1 is blank, then the cell in Sht2 displays 0.

I need help getting around this. I figured an IF statment could
probably do it, but need help with the formula.

Thanks

One option is to disable the display of zero values on Sht2, unless this
conflicts with something else in the workbook.

Select Sht2 then go to Tools>Options>View and deselect Zero values. The
disables the display of zero values just on the selected sheet (Excel 2002),
but may differ in other versions.
