I have a spreadsheet that must have been made from some sort of database.
One of the fields is date of birth. Since Excel does not work with dates
earlier then 1/1/1900 (i'm using 2003) one of the dates is listed as -127. I
am moving this data back into a database ( Access) and need a valid date. I
am assuming that since 1/1/2000 - 127 = 8/27/1999 it would only make since
that 1/1/1900 - 127 = 8/27/1899. Is that how excel determines what neg number
to plug in? Does anyone know how to reverse that neg number to get a date?
Thanks,
Peek
