Need Your Help!

Hi, my name is Sandy my computer at home got the trojan horse virus I thought it was put in quarentine but something happened because I have no access to anything anymore when I try to log on it tells me that it will log me on as a temp file but any chages made will not apply,it also states that I have no security or that something has been corrupted!!
