Need works converter for word

I have Word 2002 SP-1 and am trying to load an old Works
3.0 (.WDB extension) file and need a converter.

I have tried loading the Office Converter Pack
(convpack.exe) and the Office 2003 Resource Kit (KB
212265), which both claim to have converters to go from
this older version of Works to this newer version of
Word, but the converter still doesn't show up on the file

You should try asking this in the word.conversions
newsgroup.
