We use Powerpoint docs between Mac and PC...In Windows, we can see the
comments created in Mac, but when we create comments in PC and send them over
to MAC, those comments are invisible to Mac users, therefore they can not
read, nor delete them, if necessary. Since the final version goes to Clients
with Windows, it doesn't look too good to have internal comments
attached...can you help please?

Since the final version goes to Windows users, you'd want to at least have a
look at the presentation once on a Windows box before turning it over, I'd
guess. Why not delete the comments at that point?

In any case, here's what's happening: you're using PPT2002 or higher; it uses
a different way of adding comments than earlier Windows versions and Mac
versions at least through PPT-X (not sure of 2004). While PPT 2002/2003 can see
comments from earlier versions, the reverse isn't true.

There's some code here that'll convert new-style comments to old:

Convert PowerPoint 2002 comments into PowerPoint 2000 comments

For a less do-it-yourself solution, see http://starterset.pptools.com
The StarterSet Plus is an inexpensive commercial addin that includes a tool for
adding old-style comments in 2002/2003 and another for converting existing
new-style comments to old-style ones.
