Need to use URL for image source

I need to run a report where the image are not in the database or files on
disc, but rather from the internet. Is there a way to use a url for the
image source similar to images on a web page?

From your descriptions, I understood that you would like to use a image
from web as your report image. Have I understood you? If there is anything
I misunderstood, please feel free to let me know

Based on my scope, you could use ActiveX Control to make it. I found MVP
Allen Browne and Stephen Lebans have had a wonderful discussion with this
