Have captured a WMV file from a camcorder (thanks to previous suggestions found
here) and now have a WMV file too large for a CD. Need to chop that up.

ASFtools does _not_ work, sadly; its UI is bad on my Win2K system, and buttons
for features I need are hidden, even after
1) uninstall
2) registry clean
3) redownload form different mirror
4) reinstall.

Any other suggestions for Win2K?

Thank you kindly.

tried changing your display settings to normal or small? what about
your dpi settings? can the window be dragged to inscrease size?

None of the above worked.
Window is not draggable or resizable.
Font size changes did not help.

Can't you cap it to another format, like MPG or AVI?

Don't have the camcorder any more. Tried while I had it but could not find
freeware cap tools for W2K.
Those formats are easily cut by TMPGenc or Virtualdub.

Live and learn, ah guess.
