Need to send an email to everyone in my contact list

Hi,
I need to send a notification email to everyone in my contact list (about
400 contacts)
Is there a quick and easy way to do this?

Create a Distribution List. After clicking on the Select Members button, you can
easily include everyone in your Contacts list by selecting the first name and
then scroll to the bottom of the list and select the last name while holding the
Shift key down. This will include all names to the DL when you click on the Add
button.

Keep in mind that you may have a problem with your ISP. They may have limits on
any bulk mailing. Check with them first.
