need to retrieve contacts from old user name

i reinstalled windows and i lost my contacts. How do i
get them back. I did not format the hard drive. I just
reinstalled it. My old user name is still in Documents
and Settings. I have outlook 2003. I already retrieved
my emails, but I could retrieve my contacts. Please help
out guys. I am useless without my contacts.

How did you manage to retrieve your emails and not your Contacts? They both
reside in the same file.
