Need to restart

We have one VSAT connection for Internet. We are using ICS
to share Internet connection. Every 2 or 3 hours we need
to restart the machine. what may the reason? Any Idea?

Is the presence of IIS or SQL server arise some conflicts
with ICS?

Does it crash, or does it say you have to reboot?
