Please somene that knows more than I. (That will be amost anyone.) I have
windows XP home edition and when I first turn on my pc I'm told I need to
put in cd windows xp home edition service pack 1. I don't have it. when I
bout the pc from best buy it was already loaded. Also, I'm told I am missing
file SCSIDLL.dll
How can I get these two items.

Well, you should have gotten a CD and/or a way to restore your computer in
case of catastrophe.. Did you not? Better call Best Buy!

Secondly - I believe that file is related to Iomega products.. DO you have
a ZIP/JAZ/CD burner from Iomega? Have you tried going to their web page and
getting the latest software from them?
