Need to insert movie

Need to insert either a QT .mov or a FLASH .swf in PPT 2000 or 2002 for a
client. Followed directions (i.e. Insert Movies and Sounds), but continue to
get error message (on her computer and on mine)...."PPt couldn't insert a
movie from the selected file. Either the file in non-standard or QT is not
installed properly." Have been able to play the .mov easily on both computers
in QT..... what to do, please! Pretty urgent problem!

PowerPoint only accepts QuickTime vers. 1 or 2. How did you insert the
files?
What version of QT are they? Can you convert them to WMV? If so you're
likely
