Need to Find Outlook 2003w E-Mail Messages and Contacts

I'm trying to find e-mail messages in a Backup file made at 2:00 a.m. this
morning that I believe contains everything from yesterday. However, I don't
know how to locate them in the Backup file. So, I would very much
appreciate your help with this.

Hi,
please search for *.pst Files on your pc
 
I already tried that. No luck. I had hoped there might be some way to find
my e-mails in their original form, inside my daily backup file from Saturday
night.

have you also search in hidden folders?
