Need to delete 1 XP - Also bypass password screen

In doing a clean install of XP I now have 2 copies, pausing at screen for me
to choose which one I want to use..How do I delete the old one?

Also, it stops at password screen and continues when I hit enter. How do I
bypass this screen?
