I sometimes get messages from people who have used a small font size. In
most Microsoft applications I can hold down the control key while turning the
wheel on the mouse to increase or decrease the font size, but it doesn't work
in Outlook 2002 when viewing a message. I've tried selecting all the text
and clicking View, Fonts, Large, but that doesn't work either. Is there a
way to increase the size for viewing without copying and pasting into a Word
document?

You may want to look into the use of the Magnifier feature found in Windows
Accessibility options.

If the message they sent you is in Rich Text or HTML, then you can't change
the font size for viewing without editing the message (open the message,
click Edit>Edit Message). If it's Plain Text, choose a font size with
Tools>Options>Mail Format>Fonts
