Need to assign a Company Signature

Hi All,
We are wanting to setup a standardized email signature for our Company.
Most users are using Outlook 2003 and some 2007. How would I go about setting
this up?
Any thoughts would be great.

if you are using exchange 2007, you can create a server-wide rule for all
outgoing emails that pass through your Hub Transport.
