Please help me!
For months, the taskbar on the bottom of my screen has been frozen (it unfreezes for a brief moment once every 60 seconds or so). Needless to say, this is not just inconvenient, but also annoying. The only solution I've had so far is to create a new Windows user profile and just use that environment when I need to do work. However, I need to access many files on my current user and would simply like to know how to "unfreeze" the taskbar. When I say taskbar, that includes the green Start button, the blue bar containing the program names, and the clock area. It all just freezes. Instead of ignoring this problem, I need to fix it already. If anyone can PLEASE help, it would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your help
Sincerely
