Need suggestion for creating exam bank for MC tests.

I'm interested in creating an exam bank for multiple choice tests. There are
several objectives in the course, and would like to be able to organize the
questions by objective. Any suggestions?
 
Use the following fields --
Objective - TEXT - Title of objective
Question - NUMBER - INTERGER
Answer - TEXT

Set Objective-Question as key field so you can have only one question 15 for
Objective 3.
