Need Specific Access to Network Shares

I'm going to be shortly getting a lodger (relative), and he wants to access
the internet, but there is folders on the other 3 pc's I don't want him to
access, but one folder one 2 of the machines he can access.

Is this possible?

I've looked at the sharing options on WinXP, and it is like on or off?

Am I missing something?

If your computers have XP Pro, you can disable simple file sharing and
control access to shared folders based on user accounts. Ron Lowe and
