Need some advice with remote printing.

Our company has 10 technicians that drive around every day to customer sites,
fixing & servicing our equipment.
We want to equip them with notebooks and wireless internet access so they
can access our service desk application via terminal session.

I would like to look at printing options that would allow a technician to
produce a printout onsite of a receipt/jobcard to customer. We have not
finalized the forms content & layout yet, but want to know what devices are
most suitable for such mobility + power consumption options.

Your advice & suggestions of good practice in such a design will be welcomed.

Good form is to wait 24 hours before posting the same exact
question on the same group. If I was being funny, I'd
suggest you post every 5 minutes until somebody told you to
Google for portable inkjet printers.


Wireless Internet access will work best if you get one of
those cellphone Internet accounts, Google again.
