Need Shortcut for Windows Picture & Fax Viewer

How can I make a shortcut to open up the
Windows Picture & Fax Viewer, without opening up a
specific jpg. I just want to open the program.

I don't think you can create a shortcut because
it's not a program...it's a .dll file.

Here's an article that refers to WinME but
the info about shimgvw.dll should still apply.

This is correct, you can't create a shortcut to the Windows Picture & Fax
Viewer, it's actually using the .dll through internet explorer shell.

rundll32.exe %SystemRoot%\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen filename.bmp (or folder name)
