Need Schedual Hotfix

I need the hot-fix for article Q812400 and upcoming article Q812960, I
contacted Mcafee support for a problem with virus schedul and it has
been found that there is a problem with schedul for XP.I have been
trying to contact Microsoft support, but for some reason I can't get it.
 
You will ahve to contact Microsoft for the hotfix. Hotfix calls do not incure
a charge.
Here is the number (425) 635-3311
 
why is the hotfix not posted?
and why is it necessary to call when they could post the
fix online like every thing else?
 
Because it's not regression tested and may cause other problems. Since it is
a supported hotfix, they don't want you to install it unless it is
absolutely necessary and fits your problem exactly. Those who do not have
this exact problem should not install it, but too many people just install
everything they see.

Doesn't anyone have the download link to this hotfix?
 
The instructions are plain enough. You_MUST_call Microsoft Support Services
to obtain the hotfix. There is no other way, and it doesn't cost anything.

I sent them an email suport request, hopefully they get back to me in a
day or so.
 
there are several things i like to state about this
1-it is free to get the hotfix(my answer is no it is not
why the phone is money and time on hold over 40mins
then on hold off and on for another hour
2 this hot fix does not apply with service pack 2
no one ever said that
3 still have same problem
4 the person from ms has no clue
