A subform consists of multiple categories of labor postitions, the unit
number of each, and the total cost per catagory. The third field calculates
the cost per unit (ie. $75K for 3 supervisors = $25K per unit. The main
form calculates the grand total labor cost of all the catagories and returns
an average value based on total number of units.
The query only works correctly if data for each catagory is "not null".
When, for example, no supervisors are being accounted for no return value is
calculated on the main form for the average cost per unit.
