What is the name of the program for the VPN server set up in Windows XP? I
need to put it in my firewall to permit remote users to connect to my PC
remotely.

VPN is part of your networking facility. You need to tell
your firewall to allow VPN connections or else create a
tunnel for port 1723 packets.
