Need latest JVM to get web page to load

When opening a secure webpage I got an error message that
said I need the latest Java Virtual Machine with a link
to download. The link took me to the Microsoft download
center and told me I needed the latest Microsoft Virtual
Machine and I should get it from the Windows update site.
I have the latest updates loaded from the Windows updates
site so that didn't help.

Any idea where I can get the latest JVM or MVM so IE will
open this webpage?
