I Have Created A Database Of Students And Parents Addresses.
I Have Created Labels. I Need To Know If I Can Just Print Envelopes
From The Data. How Do I Do This? I Am Learning By Trial And Error.

Would Appreciate Any Help. Please Respond By Numbering Instructions
,2 3, Etc.

It would help if you provided the Application/Program used to create
and store the Database. Have you checked the programs internal help
for printing options (Envelopes, Labels) ?

It depends on the programs in which you created the database and the
labels. What you want to do is a "mail merge". Start by looking in the
Help files of whatever programs you are using. If you are using
Microsoft programs like Excel, Access, Word, etc. then after you've
done your initial research with their Help files post in a newsgroup
specifically for that program. Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups:

You will have to examine the Help file of whatever program you used to
make the labels to see if it can integrate its data into your database
program. If you are using a non-Microsoft program for that, look on the
label program's website for tech support.

If you post to newsgroups, do not capitalize every letter in your
sentences. It makes your post very difficult to read and many people
won't bother to respond. This will limit the number of useful answers

I'm not saying this to hurt your feelings but to help you maximize your
chances of getting answers to your questions.

You probably should go into Word and look up the Help instructions for
Mail Merge. That should reduce the errors from your trials. further
questions should be posed in the Office group rather than the WindowsXP
operating system group.
