My copy of Outlook is displaying the behavior outlinked in KBB article
885870, where I'm gettting multiple copies of emails pulled from a POP3
server. I need the hotfix listed to stop the problem, but I'm not able to
download it. I'm running an MSDN version of Outlook 2003, and the standard
support page says that the product ID is invalid.

I've logged into the MSDN subscriber site, but I can't find any info on how
to download the hotfix. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks!

See if this works for the msdn copies too...

Call 1-800-936-4900 (press 3 for hotfixes) and tell them you're calling to
obtain the hotfix described in KB [number] and they should fix you right up.
