Need helping configuring settings in order to send&rcv files on mIRC with DCC

I have set firewall, ports etc. exactly as irc describes--yet i can't send or recv files via mIRC using DCC-- anyone have any idea what i am to do--answer will be most appreciated ty

Sure your ISP doesn't block the ports?
