need help??

Need help deleting picture folder from my computer. I downloaded some
pictures from my camera, then put them on CD. Trying to delete the folder
from "My Pictures". Won't delete....error message says Zb Thumbnail.info
can't be deleted. Can someone please help???

be able to delete it in Safe Mode.
