Need Help

I am building a database for a new program we have. I need help, it's been
10 years since i did this in college. I have the tables ready with the data
keys and primary keys have been set, i am establishing relationships now but
i need to create teh form for the user and i need the data to correlate
between fields...help!
I sound like such a novice here but i am sucking it up and asking for help.
 
You mught what to try the form wizard to get an idea on how to start.

Also check out the sample database that comes with Access, Northwind.mdb. You
may also want to look at the templates. This will hopefully give you some
ideas.
