Dear Tech Peoples; I am going to buy 6 Computers with 4 x 21" CRT Monitors
and 2 x 17" CRT Monitors in January for my Office.
I need to know what is the exact UPS ratings I required for this whole
solution? in Line Interactive UPS series?
please help.

Not enough information, actually.
You told us nothing about the computers - so it would be a guess on that.
You did not tell us if the monitors need to be on - nor for how long you
want to run things.

You may be better off going to some of the UPS manufacturer's web sites and
using their online utilities to figure out what you need.

Hi,

Figure out the total power consumption per machine and purchase a UPS unit
that will run that load at 50-60% of capacity. Why? Because it is inevitable
that the end users will plug in additional devices as soon as you turn to
the next machine. If the device has non-backup convenience outlets, leave
them open to the end users - use the battery backed-up ones for the system.
Power consumption for each machine component should be listed in the
specifications.

That's a hardware question, not an XP OS question. Direct it appropriately.
