I have been having problems with the Windows Installer for quite awhile, I
have tried everything. Renaming it and reinstalling the 3.1. Restarting the
service. The weird thing is this only seems to affect Microsoft programs, I
can not install or uninstall anything Microsoft, but other programs no
problems. Any fix besides reformatting completely?
