NEED HELP

[NEED HELP]

OK i have windows ex and i have microsoft word. When ever
i try to do anything in word it says something different
everytime goes wrong what do i do??

I don't know what Windows ex is. Please repost with the exact problem you
are having, and exactly what the error messages are.
