I just had to reinstall windows due to a corrupt file.
Problem is, once I reinstalled, I now can't access the former my documents folder. This really sucks because I need the files in it. It's still listed in windows explorer, yet I get a "Access Denied" error when I try to open it. There must be a way to get around this.
If need be I would get a disk restore utility of some kind, and try and get those files back (but I'm pretty sure they are still accessible since the used space on the drive should be about 10GB less if they aren't).
Can anyone help?
