I have a form that I enter information. I filter my form,
then I print my form. Once I have printed the form, the
information that I filted, I want deleted. I have tried
creating a macro and I can't do it. I want to simplify
this process for a user to where I once the information is
printed it is deleted form my table.
Can it be done.
Thanks,
Annette

It sounds like you're using Access in a way utterly different than it was designed.

Access is a *database*. Typically, you would have a Table containing data; a Form to enter and edit that data; and a Report to print it.

If you're just using Access as a way to get data from keyboard to paper, keeping no trace of what's been done, you may want to consider using some other tool - Microsoft Word perhaps.

That said... you should be able to click the Delete tool (looks like a red X) to delete whatever record is currently displayed on your form from the associated Table.
