Need help with XP

I got an sounblaster live! soundcard, and it crashes several times in games.
Before i reinstalled windows XP i had error report.
That gived me a link to website to download the correct driver.
But now he don't give the link anymore or the error report about those
crashes.
Note1* i already searched Microsoft website for updates
Note2* Also that where not the right ones...

I just want to know what program gives me that error report so i can
reinstall or activate.
Now i must accept the crashes and wait with luck if that error report shows
up.
 
have you tried looking on the manufactures website ?? creative make your card
that is the place to get drivers not microsoft
