I'm trying to do a "step by step" process, and can't remember how to capture a picture of the screen I'm working on and paste it into another program (ex. powerpoint). I remember there are two keys to press...but I can't remember which two!!?

Any Help? Please and Thank you!

ALT+PRINTSCREEN. Keep in mind that if you are doing several of these and
just pasting them into PowerPoint, it will cause the file size to "bloat"
way more than needed. The correct way is to copy your image, open Microsoft
Photo Editor, click the "Edit" menu, select "Paste as new image", do a file
save as a JPG or PNG, then switch back to PowerPoint and click "Insert",
"Picture", "From file". This method results in the smallest file size.

As a minimum, after pressing ALT+PRINTSCREEN and switching back to
PowerPoint, click the "Edit" menu and select "Paste Special", then select
the proper image type. This will result in smaller file sizes that a
straight copy and paste.

Have fun!

Hi RLS

You have to press Print Screen located just above Insert and Delete on the keyboard. After that, paste it where you want !
