Hello Everone,
I'm tyring to type a double spaced list in MS Word 2002 in the format
below. Everytime I start a new numbered line the number is
automatically indented and I have to undo it and format it manually.
Also, if ther is a second line on a numbered line, the second line
automatically generates a new line number and also indents requiring
more manual formatting. Is there a way to set the desired format up
so it proceeds automatically? or Is there a way to turn off the auto
formatting? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Here
is the format I'm trying to achieve.
1) This is a test line
2) This is the second test line.
3) This is the first line of a two line item.
This is line 2 of the two line item.
Thanks for your help!
