Need help with font sizes

I need some help increasing font sizes in two areas of Outlook 2003.
Specifically, how do I increase font sizes within emails in my inbox, and
within the MS help files, as a permanent setting? I have gone through
several MS articles on adaptablitly, and the advanced display options, and
have been able to make adjustments to the program view in many other areas,
but not these two. I have a new LCD screen that for maximum clarity must be
set 1280x960. The fonts in the two areas I mention appear as 8 point which
is too small.

View > Arrange By > Current View > Customize Current View...> Other Settings
tab. This will allow you to change your message list fonts to a bigger size,
different color, etc.

As for the Help files, I don't think those can be changed. Maybe someone
else knows how?
