Every time word perfect 12 sp 1 is started system does an immediate reboot,
and mini-dump is created. Uninstalled and cleaned the reg and files from
leftovers installed WP11 sp3 and same thing. Uninstalled 11, cleaned up,
and reinstalled 12 sp1 to hope of a solution. The error per OCA was stating
a video driver problem, updated video driver to latest version and still
same results.

You won't get much help here if you don't post complete error messages.
And you're more likely to get WordPerfect-related help in
news://cnews.corel.com/corel.WordPerfect12
news://cnews.corel.com/corel.WordPerfect11

If you can't see the STOP error because the system reboots too fast,
disable automatic restart:

1. Click Start, and then right-click My Computer.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and
Recovery.
4. Under System failure, click to clear the Automatically restart check
box.
5. Click OK, and then click OK.
6. Try to reproduce the error message

I would of posted the dump file but. . . .

While you're waiting for someone with specific knowledge of your
particular error to respond, here are a few suggestions:

Check out http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and http://www.eventid.net/

You didn't list the stop code, but from the first minidump, it appears
to have been 0x10000050. The accompanying text might be helpful,
because in a brief Google search, I didn't see much helpful on this stop
code.

I did see some suggestion that this error might be caused by bad RAM,
although that usually results in random BSODs, rather than being
associated with starting a particular application. Still, it wouldn't
hurt to download and run memtest86+ http://www.memtest.org/

Another hit suggested that it might be a rootkit. Again, your symptoms
didn't exactly fit, but it wouldn't hurt to run either or both of
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/RootkitRevealer.html
https://europe.f-secure.com/blacklight/

As I wrote before, because your problem seems to be associated with
WordPerfect, you're more likely to get a useful response from a
WP-specific newsgroup than from a Microsoft newsgroup.

Contact the Author of the program to find out the fault. This is NOT an
XP problem.
