Hello,
I am in need of your help creating a pie chart on my report. I have
this small database that analyzes survey results. I have the report
ready the way I wanted except the chart. I never worked on the chart
before and my first attempt failed. In my database there is report
called '1' which has response(s) and # of responses besides other
fields, taking these two parameters in considerations I would like to
show a chart that corresponds text summary for the question. I looked
into "At Your Survey" by Duane Hookom - what a brilliant work. When I
try to implement his idea I get duplicate PIE charts with no result.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
Database: Access 2000

Did you place the chart in a group footer? Check your Link Master/Child
properties of the chart control.

I did that and created the master/child link as well. Both Legends and
PIE slice are way off. I have been working on this since yesterday and
no luck.

Duane,
I thnik i am on to some thing. I have two groupings CourseNum (to show
surveys per course) and QuestionID (Question to calculate the response
to question). I think i need to put both CourseNum and QuestionID in my
link Master/Child properties and it will work. But how do i do that? It
will not let me define fields in master/child field properties. Any
idea?

thanks for your help.
